Texline Trailer Care & Maintenance

After First 50 Miles

  • Re-torque lug nuts
  • Check wheel bearings
  • Inspect coupler and safety chains
  • Verify brake operation
  • Check tire pressure

Before Every Trip

  • Inspect tires for wear/damage
  • Test all lights
  • Check breakaway battery
  • Verify hitch/coupler lock
  • Inspect D-rings and tie-downs
  • Check ramps/gates

Every 3 Months

  • Inspect brakes and wiring
  • Grease moving parts
  • Inspect suspension components
  • Touch up paint chips to prevent corrosion

Every 12 Months

  • Service wheel bearings
  • Full brake inspection
  • Inspect frame welds
  • Check deck boards/floor condition
  • Replace worn hardware

Paint Care

Include a section noting that Texline uses an upgraded paint process with inhibitive primer and high-gloss UV-resistant acrylic enamel, and recommend regular washing and touch-up maintenance.
