After First 50 Miles
- Re-torque lug nuts
- Check wheel bearings
- Inspect coupler and safety chains
- Verify brake operation
- Check tire pressure
Before Every Trip
- Inspect tires for wear/damage
- Test all lights
- Check breakaway battery
- Verify hitch/coupler lock
- Inspect D-rings and tie-downs
- Check ramps/gates
Every 3 Months
- Inspect brakes and wiring
- Grease moving parts
- Inspect suspension components
- Touch up paint chips to prevent corrosion
Every 12 Months
- Service wheel bearings
- Full brake inspection
- Inspect frame welds
- Check deck boards/floor condition
- Replace worn hardware
Paint Care
Include a section noting that Texline uses an upgraded paint process with inhibitive primer and high-gloss UV-resistant acrylic enamel, and recommend regular washing and touch-up maintenance.
