Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for choosing Texline Trailers, where the only thing that exceeds our quality are our good business values. While we are confident that we have built an outstanding product for you in every regard, we understand that from time to time our trailers may be tested against certain conditions that may cause unforeseen issues to arise. If you find yourself under one of these possible instances, we want you to rest assured that you have purchased a product backed up by three generations of customer-first service that firmly stand behind their products.
Unlike mass-produced, assembly-line trailers, every Texline trailer is built by skilled fabricators with over 20 years of experience. That level of craftsmanship is the reason we confidently stand behind our work with a limited lifetime warranty on all welding.
That being said, this warranty guide will provide you with valuable information on timeframes and processes related to your trailer and the purchased components used to build it in order to ensure transparency and the best possible resolution.
